Pressure washing & interlock cleaning

Driveways, walkways, siding, decks and paver brick. Years of moss, algae and ground-in dirt lifted off in an afternoon.

Surfaces we work on

Different surfaces need different pressure. Blasting a cedar deck at concrete pressure destroys it — so we match the machine to the material.

Driveways & walkways

Concrete and asphalt cleaned back to the original colour. Oil stains, tyre marks, moss in the joints and the grey algae film that makes concrete slippery in shade.

Interlock & paver brick

Paver work is slower and priced by the square foot, because the joints matter as much as the faces. We clean out the weeds and growth between stones rather than just washing over the top of them.

House siding

Vinyl, stucco and fibre cement, washed at low pressure with the right detergent instead of forcing water up behind the boards. Removes the green-black algae that builds up on north-facing walls.

Decks, patios & fences

Wood cleaned carefully at low pressure — enough to strip the grey weathered layer and the slippery growth, without furring up the grain or gouging the boards.

Commercial frontages

Entrances, sidewalks, loading areas and parking stalls. Usually done outside business hours so we're not in your customers' way.

Pressure washing a concrete surface
Worth pairing with sealing. If you're having your driveway sealed, the surface has to be cleaned first anyway — so booking both together usually costs less than doing them as separate visits. Ask us when you get your quote.

Common questions

Will pressure washing damage my surfaces?
Not when the pressure is matched to the material. The damage people worry about — furred-up decking, stripped mortar, water forced behind siding — comes from using concrete-level pressure on softer surfaces. We adjust for each one.
How often should this be done?
Once a year suits most GTA properties. Shaded or north-facing surfaces grow algae faster and may want doing more often; a sunny exposed driveway can often stretch longer.
Do you need to use my water?
Usually yes — an outside tap is ideal. Let us know when you book if you don't have one accessible and we'll sort something out.
Can you clean between my interlock stones?
Yes, and it's the part that makes the real difference. Cleaning just the faces leaves the weeds and growth in the joints, so it looks green again within weeks. Note that deep joint cleaning removes some jointing sand, which should be topped up afterwards.
